Create a card out of colored cardstock. Emboss design onto colored cardstock, sand to highlight design and adhere to card. Die-cut Flower out a colored cardstock, layer and adhere to card. Die-cut "Spring" out of colored cardstock and mat on colored cardstock, ink edges and adhere to card. Embellish with glitter, ribbon and small jewels.
