Cut two strips of patterned paper and attach to a store-bought bag. Stamp sentiment, trim to size and adhere to bag. Adhere patterned paper and metallic paper to chipboard. Die-cut Stars out of covered chipboard and adhere. Adhere metallic paper to both sides of a piece of chipboard. Die-cut Numbers out of covered chipboard, adhere together using hot glue and punch hole in top. Attach Numbers to bag using metal chain. Embellish with ribbon and tissue.
