Create a card out of colored cardstock and patterned paper. Die-cut Spinning Platform out of cardstock, assemble and adhere to the card using extra-strong bond, double-sided tape. Die-cut Scalloped Circle, adhere photo and attach to the Spinning Platform. Die-cut shapes out of cardstock, embellish with chalk and adhere to the card. Embellish with ribbon.
