Create a card out of cardstock. Tear a piece of ruffle board for the beach and adhere to the card. Die-cut a Tag and phrase "Happy" out of cardstock and attach to card using ribbon. Die-cut Palm Tree and Seashells out of cardstock, layer and adhere to card. Embellish shapes with chalk and glitter.
