Die-cut Wings out of poly foam and adhere to a stamp block to create a stamp. Apply paint to the stamp and stamp images onto a store-bought shirt. Apply fusible web to a variety of fabrics. Die-cut shapes and phrases out of fabric and adhere to the shirt. Machine stitch around the edges of the shapes and phrases if desired.
