Die-cut Frame Back out of chipboard covered with patterned paper; this will be the base that holds the coffee cup. Trim a strip of patterned paper to size to wrap around the cup; mat on cardstock and trim edges with decorative scissors. Wrap around cup. Die-cut Hello Kitty® w/Rainbow out of cardstock, layer colors and adhere to cup wrap. Embellish with buttons, string and ribbon.
