Create a card out of colored cardstock. Use an embossing folder to emboss a sentiment onto white cardstock. Mat with colored cardstock and adhere to the card. Highlight flowers using paint and glitter. Emboss sentiment onto white-core colored cardstock. Lightly sand to highlight, trim and adhere to the card. Embellish with ribbon and small jewels.
