Die-cut Frame out of clear shrink plastic. Using the inside piece of the Frame, punch two small holes at the top and bottom of the Frame. Shrink according to manufacturer's directions. Apply a thin coat of dimensional glaze to the Frame and adhere to the front of the photo. Press the photograph front side up onto the Frame, making sure there are no bubbles or air pockets between the photograph and the plastic. When adhesive is dry, use small scissors to trim off excess photo. Use a small piece of very fine sandpaper to sand around the edges of the Frame to cleanly remove any excess paper. Use jump rings to attach the Frame to a necklace and a small charm to the bottom of the Frame.
