Create a card out of a variety of patterned papers. Die-cut Scalloped Frame out of patterned paper and adhere to the front of the card. Stamp sentiment, mat and adhere to the card. Machine stitch around the sentiment using contrasting thread. Use and embossing folder to emboss Baby Umbrella on white-core cardstock. Lightly sand design to highlight, trim around the edges and adhere to the card. Embellish with ribbon and small flowers.
