Create a scrapbook page base from layers of cardstock and pre-cut patterned paper. Crop photo to size, mat on cardstock and adhere to the page. Die-cut Snowflakes from cardstock; embellish with chalk and glitter; and adhere to the page. Stamp sentiment. Finish by embellishing flower centers with jewels.
