Create a card base by folding a piece of cardstock in half. Trim a piece of patterned paper to fit on across card front, ink edges and adhere in place. Layer ruffled and thin ribbon and attach to the top of the card. Die-cut Wavy Layered Frames out of cardstock and patterned papers and adhere to the card front. Die-cut Garden Rose out of cardstock, highlight embossed design with markers and attach to card front, matting inside largest frame. Stamp or print sentiments, trim to size, ink edges and adhere inside two smaller frames on the card front.
