Create a card base by folding a piece of cardstock in half. Emboss card front using the Ornate Corners #2 embossing folder. Embellish the embossed cardstock using white ink to highlight the raised design. Stamp sentiment. Cut a doily to fit across card front and adhere in place. Tie a ribbon around the card. Cut Flourish #2 out of cardstock from the eclips Valentine's Day & Happy Heart Alphabet Cartridge and adhere to the card. Die-cut a heart (from Primitive Hearts #3) out of cardstock, ink edges, embellish with glitter and adhere to the card. Die-cut a 3-D Flower out of cardstock, assemble, embellish with a jewel center and adhere to the card.
