Die-cut Scallop Circles #2 out of colored cardstock. Emboss Scallop Circles using a variety of embossing folders. Embellish the cardstock using white ink to highlight the embossed design. Die-cut Paper Rosettes out of white cardstock, assemble and adhere to the Scallop Circles. Die-cut 3-D Flowers out of cardstock, assemble and adhere atop of the rosettes. Punch a hole in the bottom of each Scallop Circle and attach a hanging jewel using a jump ring. Attach Scallop Circles to a ribbon to form a banner.
