Distress a store-bought water can using paint of your choice. Add floral foam to the inside of the can. Place store-bought cat tails and blades of glass in water can, securing in place by pushing into floral foam. If desired, adhere with a hot-glue gun. Die-cut Garden Trellis Frame out of cardstock. Layer colors, embellish with a stamp and adhere to the water can.
