Create a scrapbook page base out of pre-cut and pre-glittered patterned paper. Trim around a photo to size and adhere to the page. For added interest, use a photo editing program to add a brush stroke effect along the images’ edges. Die-cut a sign (from the Hanging Sign) out of cardstock. Stamp with a sentiment and ink edges. Adhere to the page. Die-cut flourishes (from Flourish, Floral w/Leaves) out of cardstock and adhere to the page. Die-cut additional flowers (from Flourish, Floral w/Leaves) out of cardstock. Layer flowers and embellish centers with buttons and jewels and adhere to the page.
