Die-cut a Cone out of patterned paper, fold along crease lines to assemble and adhere in place. Add a hanging jewel to the bottom of the Cone. Add lace along the top of the Cone. Add a ribbon for hanging. Die-cut a frame (from Frame & Pendant #2) out of cardstock. Stamp with a sentiment, ink edges, embellish with a jewel and attach to the Cone. Die-cut a vine (from Frame, Leaves & Flower) out of patterned paper and attach to the Cone. Fill with treats and cover with tissue paper.
