Place Treats in a cellophane bag. Seal bag. Cut Page w/Lace Edging out of cardstock using the eclips machine and the Backgrounds, Edges & Flowerful cartridge. Use center point feature and to cut the "love" sentiment using the Flowerful alphabet out of cardstock using the eclips machine and the Backgrounds, Edges & Flowerful cartridge. Fold tag in half and attach to filled bag to form a bag topper. Cut heart from Picture-in-Picture feature out of cardstock and add zig-zag stitch to edges. Cut tiny scalloped square from Picture-in-Picture feature out of cardstock to create a stamp. Cut letters "XO" from the Flowerful alphabet and adhere to inside of square. Attach to heart. Adhere heart to topper. Stamp postmark and stripes onto topper. Embellish with string, buttons and ribbon.
