Cut cardstock to fit inside frame and embellish with a variety of rub ons to form a mat. Die-cut 3-D Wrapped Flowers out of cardstock and tissue paper. Assemble Flower and embellish center with a button and string. Adhere to the mat. Attach a ribbon to the mat to form a stem. Die-cut Leaves out of patterned paper. Bend to show dimension and adhere to the mat. Place the mat inside the frame.
