Cover mat board with newspaper and patterned papers. Die-cut three Birds out of paper-covered mat board and assemble. Punch a hole at the top of each Bird for hanging. Embellish Bird with die-cut flowers, buttons and string. Die-cut Flower Layers #9 out of cardstock. Thread monofilament through the flower layers, knotting after each flower to keep it from sliding down. Use a Bird or button at the end of each line to weigh it down. Attach the strung Birds and Flowers to a store-bought wire rack. Embellish the wire rack with branches and ribbon.
