Die-cut Rings out of clear acrylic and shell veneer. Spray paint the larger Rings and seal with clear sealer. Adhere a small shell Ring to a larger painted Ring. Adhere a small bail to the back of the Rings. Create a necklace out of chain and small beads. Attach one end of the chain to the bail using a jump ring. Attach a small bead to the other end of the chain. Thread beaded end of the chain through the Ring to create a necklace.
