Die-cut the Cupcake Card & Pocket from cardstock and patterned papers. Layer materials and adhere together to assemble the Card. Embellish the candle “flame” with glitter. Fold along the crease lines and adhere tabs to assemble the Pocket. Place the assembled Card in the Pocket. Cut a band of patterned paper to fit around the Pocket and adhere in place. Wrap a strip of decorative trim around the Pocket and adhere in place. Die-cut a Frame from white cardstock and adhere to the Pocket. Die-cut a Flourish from light green cardstock and adhere to the Pocket. Die-cut a 3-D Flower from white cardstock and assemble. Embellish the flower center with a jewel and adhere to the Pocket. Embellish with a ribbon bow and small flowers.
