Cut a Loopy Tag Bag and its Loopy pieces out of patterned paper and glitter paper using the eclips machine and Albums, Bags & Boxes #2 Cartridge. Fold along the score lines to assemble the Bag and layer the glitter embellishment over the Bag. Cut two thin strips from glitter paper and attach along the base of the Bag. Embellish the Bag with netting, a pearl drop bead and a decorative button. Wrap treats or gift in tissue paper and place inside Bag.
