Die-cut and assemble the Body with T-shirt and sandals. Die-cut Overalls from Core'dinations cardstock and use sandpaper to achieve distressed denim look, adding various patches. Use tiny buttons for detail.

Decorate the base card with patterned paper and a strip of brown cardstock. Create the patched denim effect by distressing with a sanding block and adding stitching before using eyelets at each corner. Attach to the base card and mount the assembled Body on top.

Emboss the Happy Birthday phrase onto card and sand before stitching. Mat onto a piece of brown card and add an eyelet and length of ribbon before mounting onto the base card.
