Cover a piece of mat board with patterned paper. Die-cut an Index Card Folder out of paper-covered mat board. Fold along score lines to assemble and secure in place using extra-strong bond, double-sided adhesive. Place index cards inside holder. If desired, affix magnets or a hook and loop fastener (Velcro) to the flap and body of the holder as a latch. Embellish with ink, a small doily, twine and a small flower made from ribbon and decorated with a small pearl.
