Die-cut Floral Bead Edging from cardstock. Cut a piece of patterned paper to fit across the top of the bag to form a bag topper. Place treats inside bag and secure closed by covering the opening with a bag topper, tuck the Floral Bead Edging along the seam of the bag topper and bag and stitch closed. Wrap a ribbon around the treat bag and tie in a knot. Die-cut and emboss cardstock using the Old Country Bloom Flower Embosslits die, highlight the raised designs with chalk and a button and attach to the treat bag on top of the ribbon. Embellish with velvet leaves and pom-poms. Die-cut and emboss cardstock using the Heart Border Frame Embosslits die, highlight the raised designs with ink and a stamped sentiment and attach to the treat bag.
