Create a card base out of cardstock and patterned paper. Die-cut Cake Pop-Up out of cardstock, assemble bottom tier and adhere to card using extra-strong bond double-sided tape to form the Circus' center stage. Die-cut Lion out of cardstock, layer, embellish with chalk and attach to the center stage. Die-cut Frame and Phrase out of cardstock, layer die-cuts and adhere to the card. Die-cut Star out of cardstock and adhere to card. Die-cut Phrase "It's Your Day" and Circus Tent out of cardstock and adhere to card front. Embellish with chalk and glitter glue.
