Create a wreath out of store-bought leaves and berries. Die-cut Holly Leaves out of cardstock and adhere to wreath. Place wreath around glass vase. Die-cut Phrase, Believe out of cardstock and adhere to vase. Die-cut Holly and Partridge out of cardstock, layer colors, embellish with chalk and adhere to wreath. Embellish with a raffia bow. Place candle in vase.
