Create a scrapbook page out of patterned paper. Use a sewing machine to stitch around the outside edge of the page and around the large block of patterned paper. Mat photo and adhere to the page. Cover chipboard with a variety of colored cardstock. Die-cut Bear Head out of covered chipboard. Adhere Bear Head to the page using foam dots. Highlight eyes with paint pens. Embellish Hat with glitter. Adhere bow and decorative trim to the page. Thread string through buttons and adhere to the page. Print name and sentiment onto white cardstock, trim and ink edges and adhere to the page using foam dots.
