Die-cut two round edge pennants from the Jumbo Banners die out of patterned paper. Sew the pennants together to form a pocket. Cut a paper doily in half and adhere along the top of the pocket. Die-cut and emboss a 2-D Envelope out of white cardstock and attach to the pocket. Cut the word "love" from the Phrase, I Love You #3 out of cardstock using the eclips Machine and Card Fronts cartridge, embellish with chalk or ink and attach to the embossed envelope. Cut a card insert to fit inside the pocket from cardstock. Die-cut a Swirl from glitter paper and attach. Cut Hearts from cardstock and patterned paper, layer materials to assemble shape and attach. Cut a Bird from cardstock using the eclips Machine and Baby Milestones cartridge, embellish with pen and chalk and attach to the pocket. Embellish with a ribbon bow, button and paper leaves.
