Other Supplies: Cardstock, Frame & Mat, Fabric Glue, Ribbon, Glitter

1. Attach a decorative patterned ribbon to the top and bottom of the mat using fabric glue. At the bottom of the frame, add a smaller, solid-colored ribbon above the patterned ribbon and tie in a bow.
2. Die-cut Phrase, A Star Is Born out of a complementary colored cardstock. Attach the phrase to the mat under the mat opening.
3. Die-cut Brackets out of the same colored cardstock and add glitter. Place the Brackets at the ends of the phrase A Star Is Born.
4. Die-cut Stuffed Bear from the Stuffed Animal Set out of two coordinating shades of cardstock. Cut away detail and layer to embellish. Attach the finished Bear next to the Brackets.
