Adhere patterned paper to a piece of mat board. Die-cut Frame out of covered mat board and assemble. Fill clear bag with candy canes, seal and adhere to the inside of the Frame using double-sided tape. Die-cut letters out of cardstock and adhere to frame. Die-cut Holly out of decorative metal. Embellish frame with decorative trim, ribbon, buttons, die-cut holly and pipe cleaners.
