Fold cardstock to form card base and attach patterned paper. Tie ribbon in a knot and attach to card. Cut basketball from patterned paper, mat and attach to card. Print sentiment center in opening and die-cut shape, ink edges and attach to card with foam dots. Die-cut phrase "thanks" and attach to card.
