Other Supplies: White-Core Colored Cardstock, Ink, Jewels, Ribbon, Stamp, Treat Bag

Use an embossing folder to emboss a design onto a piece of white-core colored cardstock. Lightly sand to highlight the design. Fold over a small bag of candy to create a treat bag topper. Embellish with ribbon, small jewels and a stamped sentiment.
