Create a card out of colored cardstock. Emboss a design onto a piece of white-core colored cardstock. Lightly sand to highlight the design. Hand-cut into Party Hat shape and adhere to the card. Embellish with a ribbon, decorative trim, pom-pom and a stamped sentiment.
