Die-cut Bag out of cardstock. If desired, die-cut a circle out of the front of the Bag to create a window. Place a piece of cellophane over cut out area and assemble. Place treats inside Bag. Die-cut Card out of cardstock and fold to create a Bag topper. Die-cut Flower and embellish with coordinating stamps and jewels and adhere to the Bag. Stamp sentiment onto a piece of cardstock, trim to size, ink edges and adhere to the Bag. Embellish with a ribbon.
