Use Floral Flourishes embossing folder to emboss a store-bought bag. Die-cut an Ornate Card, stamp with sentiment, fold and adhere to the bag as a topper. Die-cut Flowers and Swirls out of cardstock. Embellish bag topper with die-cuts, decorative trim, silk leaves, a jewel and ribbon.
