Die-cut Scallop Card with Cupcake out of cardstock. Adhere rectangular-shaped patterned paper to Card. Use Textured Impressions to emboss cardstock. Adhere embossed cardstock to inside of Card, matching up area behind Cupcake. Add patterned paper to form Cupcake liner and adhere to back side of Cupcake. Tie ribbon around card. Die-cut Flowers and Swirl out of cardstock. Adhere to bow. Embellish with a button.
