Create a card out of cardstock. Die-cut Frame out of cardstock, cut in half and adhere to the front of the card. Use decorative scissors to create scalloped rectangle; cut in half and adhere to the front of the card. Embellish with stamps, rub ons, jewels, ribbon and pen.
