Adhere patterned paper to a piece of mat board. Die-cut the Cupcake Holder out of covered mat board and assemble using small brads. Die-cut Stars out of cardstock, embellish with glitter and adhere to a craft stick using foam dots. Embellish with ribbon, string and a printed sentiment. Place cupcake in Cupcake Holder and place craft stick in cupcake.
