Fill a cellophane bag with treats. Die-cut Album out of patterned paper and fold in half to create a bag topper. Staple topper to the bag and embellish with ribbon. Die-cut Scallop Circle out of cardstock and highlight with chalk and adhere to the topper using foam dots. Die-cut Branch w/Leaves and Bird out of cardstock, embellish with chalk and paint pen, layer and adhere to scallop circle on topper.
