Adhere cardstock to a piece of mat board. Die-cut Memo Holder out of covered mat board and assemble. Emboss Memo Holder flap using an embossing folder. Attach memo pad to Holder using extra-strong, double-sided tape. Attach ribbon as a handle. Attach magnets to hold the memo holder closed. Embellish with decorative trim, silk leaves and a button.
