Create a card out of cardstock and patterned paper. Tie a bow around the card. Cover chipboard with patterned paper. Die-cut Hearts out of covered chipboard. Ink edges of Hearts and adhere to the front of the card. Embellish with buttons, small flowers and a printed sentiment.
