Die-cut Envelope Pocket and Insert out of colored cardstock. Assemble Envelope. Layer with strips of coordinating patterned paper. Die-cut Ornate edging and Hardware Findings out of cardstock and patterned paper and adhere to the Envelope. Embellish Envelope with die-cuts, ribbons and buttons. Die-cut letter out of Vintage Market, mount on a circle of patterned paper and adhere to the card.
