Create a scrapbook page out of cardstock. Cut a piece of patterned paper to size and adhere to page. Die-cut Scallop Heart out of patterned paper and adhere to page. Die-cut Branch w/Leaves out of cardstock and adhere to page. Adhere a strip of Rick Rack across the page. Crop photograph to size, mat on cardstock and adhere to page. Die-cut a Heart out of glitter paper and adhere to page. Die-cut 3-D Flowers out of cardstock, assemble and adhere to page. Die-cut Phrase, Inspire out of cardstock and adhere to page. Embellish with ribbon and jewels.
