Die-cut Bag out of cardstock and assemble. Emboss a piece of cardstock using an embossing folder and trim to the width of the Bag. Die-cut Phrase, Sweet out of glitter paper. Using a craft knife, cut the embossed cardstock using the bottom curve of the Phrase as a template. Adhere the embossed cardstock and the phrase to the Bag. Die-cut Decorative Flourish out of cardstock and adhere to Bag. Embellish with shredded paper and ribbon.
