Create a card base out of cardstock. Die-cut Scallop border out of matching paper and adhere to the edge of the card. Cut a patterned paper to size and attach to card front with stitching. Cut two smaller patterned papers to size, tie a ribbon around one of them and adhere to card front. Die-cut Phrase, Hello out of cardstock, ink and adhere to card. Die-cut Bow layers out of cardstock, bend layers in half and assemble to form a tree. Adhere tree to card. Hand-cut a trunk for the tree and adhere to the card. Embellish with a button and string.
