Die-cut Frame out of clear shrink plastic and shrink according to manufacturer's directions to create a clear charm. Brush a thin layer of Diamond Glaze over the front of the photograph and adhere to the back side of the clear charm. Gently press down on the back of the photograph to make sure there is good contact with the plastic and no air bubbles. Apply a thin coat of Diamond Glaze to the back of the photograph and adhere a small piece of patterned paper. Allow charm to dry thoroughly. When dry, trim off excess photo. Use a small piece of sandpaper or a file to remove excess paper from the corners of the charm. Attach jump rings to the top and bottom loops of the charm. Embellish with beads and attach to chain.
