Die-cut Phrase out of poly foam to create a stamp. Adhere cut phrase to a stamp mount. Apply paint and stamp onto a rectangle of fabric. When paint is dry, stitch onto baby outfit. Create another stamp using the Rocket and stamp onto the outfit as shown. Embellish with buttons.
