Die-cut Tag out of colored cardstock. Create a pocket out of patterned paper and adhere to the front of the Tag. Die-cut Heart out of felt and adhere to the front of the pocket. Die-cut Phrase, Graduation out of cardstock, trim "Grad" from phrase and adhere to the front of the pocket. Embellish with ribbon, a button and school-themed patterned paper.
