Cut patterned paper to fit card base. Attach trim to one piece of patterned paper. Adhere paper to card. Cut a square and triangle from patterned paper. Stitch around triangle. Attach to card using foam dots. Die-cut two Leaves out of cardstock and patterned paper. Adhere stems to Leaves. Add pen marks for detail. Stamp sentiment. Adhere one Leaf to side of house. Tie ribbon around card. Add another Leaf to card using foam dots. Adhere buttons to card.
